  • Nutrition Counseling & Meal Planning

    This is the session for you if you are seeking to feel better fast by making some food shifts and swaps. You’ll learn how to eat better for your body with tools that lead to long-lasting results. If you are struggling with sugar or flour or you’re overwhelmed with nutrition information, this is the session for you.

    You’ll learn what and when to eat, fasting tips, along with supportive eating habits that leave you satiated. We’ll focus on investigation and education not deprivation.

    In-Person or Virtual - 60 min.-$75

  • Food Sensitivity Testing

    A fun and systematic approach to discovering the foods that are working for or against you. Releasing those foods and bringing on more of the ones that are working, can help to manage weight and inflammation as well as improve energy, mental clarity, and joint pain.

    This is a simple yet profound muscle testing session that will set you on the path to food-freedom, energy, and vitality. My clients have felt clearer and more energetic rapidly.

    Initial Session - 90 min. -$175. Following sessions 60 min.-$85

  • Reiki: Clearing the Blocks so You Can Shine

    Rei means “Universal Life” and Ki which means “Energy”. Reiki energy sessions are best known for deep relaxation and balancing the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes. Reiki energy goes where it is needed most within the body and has lasting effects.

    Many clients experience peace, ease, pain relief, enhanced mental clarity, and the release of trapped emotions.

    In-Person or Distant - 60 min. -$65. Package of 3-$175 ($58/session)
